Macular Degeneration Aids Can You Recommend Magnifiers And Other Visual Aids For Macular Degeneration?

Can you recommend magnifiers and other visual aids for Macular Degeneration? - macular degeneration aids

My 88-year-old aunt is serious enough, macular degeneration in both eyes, and I wish him the best visual aid / magnifier I can. I'm online in the first instance optical equipment, but if you're from a video device, know very well, I would be interested in them. I bought a 2 inch diameter 5x aspheric lens, and like him, want to maybe somewhat larger) (larger diameter. I saw these prismatic lenses that seem interesting, but I do not know what I think of them. Any advice would be appreciated.

Different tasks require different magnifiers. Identify the task your aunt wants to perform - i,.e. reading a book, checking a prescription bottle, setting an alarm clock, etc. then select the best magnifier for the task.

There are many types of equipment available, and many types of people who try to sell something. I'm biased, but I urge you to visit our website at www. and give our products a thought. We help thousands of people each year and is pleased to help your aunt.
