Macular Degeneration Aids Can You Recommend Magnifiers And Other Visual Aids For Macular Degeneration?

Can you recommend magnifiers and other visual aids for Macular Degeneration? - macular degeneration aids

My 88-year-old aunt is serious enough, macular degeneration in both eyes, and I wish him the best visual aid / magnifier I can. I'm online in the first instance optical equipment, but if you're from a video device, know very well, I would be interested in them. I bought a 2 inch diameter 5x aspheric lens, and like him, want to maybe somewhat larger) (larger diameter. I saw these prismatic lenses that seem interesting, but I do not know what I think of them. Any advice would be appreciated.

Different tasks require different magnifiers. Identify the task your aunt wants to perform - i,.e. reading a book, checking a prescription bottle, setting an alarm clock, etc. then select the best magnifier for the task.

To learn about the different magnifiers available for those with macular degeneration go to:

There are many types of equipment available, and many types of people who try to sell something. I'm biased, but I urge you to visit our website at www. Bierley.com and give our products a thought. We help thousands of people each year and is pleased to help your aunt.
